In diesem Workshop bekommen Sie einen Einblick über Qi Gong bzw. Tai Chi in Theorie und Praxis. Gemeinsam lernen und üben wir einige Qi Gong-, Tai Chi- und Stockformen. Der Workshop richtet sich an alle, die Interesse an der chinesischen Gesundheitskultur haben und mehr über Qi Gong und Tai Chi erfahren möchten. Die Übungen sind so ausgewählt, dass Anfänger und leicht Fortgeschrittene teilnehmen können.
