In this talk, I will discuss recent English-language scholarship on inclusiveness in language teaching and reflect on my experiences teaching Chinese at the university level in the U.S. The talk will be followed by a Q&A session featuring discussions on classroom task design and sharing of teaching experiences in Europe and the U.S
